We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced broker who is motivated to

achieve greater levels of success for themselves and the team. You will work

directly with buyers and sellers nationwide, guiding them through high-value

commercial real estate transactions. This role combines prospecting, lead

conversion, deal negotiation, and client relationship management — all

supported by our proven sales process and full company infrastructure.


  • 1+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience

  • Active real estate license (preferably Georgia)

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Growth-oriented, self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Position Accountablility

  • Generate revenue by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.

  • Build, nurture, and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers.

  • Prospect daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry networking.

  • Qualify leads, present opportunities, and convert prospects into clients.

  • Work with clients to identify opportunities, analyze potential deals, and recommend strategies that align with their investment goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and navigate deal structures to deliver win-win outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Sales Support, Transaction Management, Marketing, and Research/Database teams.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records in the CRM.

  • Leverage our proven sales process to consistently achieve results.
