Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our brokerage team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Net-Lease Advisors to identify and qualify new opportunities, nurture relationships with clients nationwide, and contribute to our growth in the net-lease investment market. You will leverage phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry networking—supported by our

custom CRM and proven sales process—to generate leads and uncover opportunities for our team.


We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is

naturally curious about people and business, and can adapt quickly in conversation to uncover opportunities.


  • 1+ years in sales, commercial real estate, or a related business development role.

  • Active real estate license (preferably Georgia) or willingness to obtain.

  • Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport quickly over the phone.

  • Growth-oriented, self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Position Accountablility

  • Nurture and grow relationships with clients and prospects nationwide.

  • Generate new business through targeted outreach and multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, industry networking events).

  • Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality leads for the brokerage team.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in the CRM.

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and inbound inquiries.

  • Collaborate with Net-Lease Advisors, Marketing, and Research/Database teams to drive lead conversion.

  • Maintain accurate and complete client and property records.

  • Leverage our proven sales process to engage prospects, uncover opportunities, and drive results.
