About the Role

We're searching for an individual that enjoys building and nurturing relationships! This position will be responsible for making outbound contact to new and existing clients in order to develop and nurture relationships. The goal is to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met through delivering superior customer service all while meeting/exceeding the company's sales targets.

Applicants should be personable/relatable, able to build rapport over the phone, possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and be able to identify and qualify opportunities for business. Apply today to become part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound contact to companies and private individuals

  • Support new and existing business by lead generation, client cultivation, client fulfillment, and consistent follow-through

  • Identify and qualify opportunities for new business

  • Provide and maintain quality service to all clients

  • Obtain, maintain and update client and property records on a regular basis (name, address, etc.)

  • Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors

Qualifications

Strong phone skills - ability to build rapport and identify leads over the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team and goal-oriented; willingness to learn and be coachable
Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
Ability to be proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
Be persistent and take initiative to work through challenging situations
Ability to learn new programs quickly
