The VP of Sales & Performance at Tri-Oak Consulting Group is a leadership role

designed for a sales-driven individual who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing brokerage team. This is an opportunity to move beyond 100% commission-based sales into a leadership position that rewards performance, team growth, and revenue production. You’ll inherit an established team and have the resources to recruit and develop top agents while helping the company grow. The biggest challenges—and opportunities—lie in retaining and recruiting top talent, improving conversion rates, and implementing effective coaching and mentoring strategies to develop brokers at various experience levels.


  • Commercial Real Estate Experience – A proven track record in real estate brokerage, deal-making, and revenue generation

  • Leadership & Mentorship Mindset – Passion for coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals

  • Recruiting & Team Building Experience – Ability to attract, onboard, and retain top sales talent

  • Strategic & Results-Driven – Experience implementing sales processes, tracking performance metrics, and driving conversion rates and improvements

  • Strong Communicator & Motivator – Able to energize and inspire a team while maintaining accountability

Position Accountablility

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA) the sales team

  • Drive revenue growth and maximize deal conversion

  • Oversee lead distribution and ensure follow-up effectiveness

  • Train, mentor, and coach advisors at all experience levels

  • Set clear goals and execute sales strategies

  • Foster a high-energy, competitive sales culture

  • Design and manage sales contests and performance incentives

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent
