Josh has experience with supporting commercial real estate outcomes by coordinating complex project lifecycles—helping teams evaluate feasibility, manage budgets and schedules, navigate permitting, and align owners, design teams, vendors, and trade partners to deliver value-driven solutions across industrial and commercial projects.

He is known for his ability to translate technical and construction details into clear business decisions, manage risk, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders—bringing a hands-on leadership style and strong client relationship skills to every engagement.

Prior to working for Tri-Oak Consulting Group, Josh built his foundation in project delivery and client-facing execution at Gray Inc., BLOX, and NASA, leading coordination efforts across planning, design, and construction for multimillion-dollar commercial and industrial work.

There, he was responsible for pre-construction planning and feasibility support, contract and budget management, schedule and stakeholder coordination, permitting oversight, technical review/quality control, and subcontractor/vendor scope alignment and negotiation.
