Landon Bennett

Landon brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate, leadership, and entrepreneurship to Tri-Oak Consulting Group. As a Business Development Specialist, he is focused on cultivating new relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting clients throughout the commercial real estate process.

Landon earned his bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a minor in Entrepreneurship, where he developed a solid understanding of real estate investment, market analysis, and business strategy. His academic background, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, allows him to approach challenges with both analytical insight and a relationship-driven perspective.

During his time at Ole Miss, Landon served as President of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity, leading one of the university's largest student organizations. In this role, he oversaw organizational operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and member development while working closely with university leadership, alumni, and the fraternity's national organization. The experience strengthened his leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills—qualities that continue to serve him well in commercial real estate.
