Scott has over 23 years of real estate and development experience with a focus on retail, office, land, and residential properties. Scott began investing in real estate in 1999 and has gained extensive knowledge and experience from being an owner, investor, and developer on more than 40 properties and projects. He is known for his ability to address problems professionally and deliver consistent results in a timely manner. Scott takes great pride in being an active member in his community. He served on the Gordon County Board of Education for 12 years, and he was elected to serve on the Board of Trustees of the PAGE Foundation for 3 years.

• Earned his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from West Georgia College

• Served on the Board of Trustees of the PAGE Foundation, a charitable education foundation created in 1985 by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE), the state’s largest association of teachers, school administrators and school support personnel.
